Larisa was a godsend for me and my family.
I reached out to her after my doctor's office told me my chances of getting pregnant naturally were basically zero and my only option was to get on a waitlist for a fertility clinic. From our first conversation, I felt heard and supported, no matter my worry or question. She explained the nuances of fertility challenges and worked with me via acupuncture and Chinese herbs; she also took a thorough approach to my overall health, focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress, etc. I got pregnant after about six months and I continued my care with her up until about one month postpartum (only because she relocated). Her care at the end of my pregnancy was especially helpful, providing resources for chiropractic support and preparing for labor, even how to help my body heal postpartum. Even beyond my pregnancy, I felt like I could go to her with any issue I was having (or my husband/kids) and she was right there, ready with helpful information on which essential oil to use or herbs to take. She is the best!

She is an incredible acupuncturist (and at times my therapist!) who has such a big heart - I looked forward to my sessions with her each week as I always left her office feeling heard, with new knowledge and renewed optimism for my infertility. Larisa is amazing. I first started seeing her for fertility support after having surgery for endometriosis. She not only made me feel supported and educated in what was going on with my body, she also made me feel sane, which for anyone dealing with complications in the medical system, you'll know how much that matters! Larisa put me on supplements and did acupuncture twice a week. I started feeling better, got sick less, and got pregnant after about 6 months of going to her. I have friends who I've referred for non-fertility issues and they've had similar experiences. I have since moved but still rely on her for telehealth and will visit whenever I can! I 100% recommend seeing her for whatever issue or non-issue you're experiencing.

Larisa deserves so much praise and has found a permanent place in the story of my husband and my life. We were told it would take a miracle to conceive and we're lucky enough to have conceived three times. While the first two resulted in a heaven baby, the third is almost one now and the love of our life. Larisa was there through all of it, and I was devastated when she moved in our 7th month of pregnancy. You are lucky to have found her. Her empathy, encouragement, and wisdom... not to mention expertise are second to none. I had "substitute" practitioners when she'd be on vacation... and none of them held a candle to Larisa. Whether you are just starting your trying to conceive journey or are in the thick of it, I highly recommend Larisa. After multiple years of trying to get pregnant, including 8 IUIs, every diagnostic test under the sun and REs telling me that they didn't think I needed IVF yet, I was feeling incredibly frustrated.
One of the REs I saw recommended I try seeing an acupuncturist that specializes in fertility. I had worked with a few acupuncturists and there is a significant difference between a general practitioner that "does fertility" and a FABORM certified acupuncturist.
From the first visit with Larisa I was blown away by her depth of knowledge and her compassion. Larisa supported me through 2 natural conceptions and two devastating losses and eventually through egg retrievals, a successful embryo transfer and pregnancy. Her guidance, support and expertise has been immeasurably valuable to my body and heart and I am so grateful I found her.

I was referred to Larisa by a friend, and Larisa is an incredible healer and acupuncturist.
